- 2 slices bacon, chopped

- 1/8 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1/8 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced white mushrooms
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 cups water
- 1 cups celery root, peeled and chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1 cups yellow squash, sliced and quartered
- 1/2 cup green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups swiss chard, chopped
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup fresh basil, chopped

- Make pancake style
- For each person- 2-3 boiled potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick in omelet pan.
- Add 3 eggs beaten lightly with 1 tb water and cook omelet pancake fashion with grated Gruyere cheese. Slide it onto a slice of grilled ham on a hot plate and serve at once.
- Variation: can use parm or cheddar
- Best with Gruyere
