Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak- My Way

This is my changes to the original recipe
- 1 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 pkg Lipton onion soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- garlic powder
- flour to coat outside of patties
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jar beef gravy
- 2 small can mushrooms or 1 large
- 3/4 cup water

- 1 C SHRIMP (OR TRY CRAB)
- 1 C SWISS CHEESE GRATED
- 1 TB THINLY SLICED GREEN ONION
- MAYONNAISE (ENOUGH TO BIND)
- 1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 C SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS
- PARSLEY FOR TOPPING
- 1 PKG BUTTERFLAKE DINNER ROLLS
- SEPARATE ROLLS INTO THIN ROUNDS AND PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET.
- TOP WITH SHRIMP MIXED WITH CHEESE,ONION,MAYO,AND GARLIC POWDER.
- ADD WATER CHESTNUTS.
- TOP WITH PARSLEY.
- BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES.
- MAY BE MADE AHEAD AND REFRIGERATED, COVERED.

Grilled Carne Asada

Instructions To a small plastic bag (or sealable container), add Spice Mix and whisk to combine
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds flank steak, pounded thin
- Marinade
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoons lquid smoke
- Spice Mix
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- For Serving (all or your favs below)
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Your favorite cheese (I like cheddar/cotija combo)

Remove crescent dough from tubes (do not unroll)
- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup spreadable pineapple cream cheese
- 1/3 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet yellow pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli florets
- 6 grape tomatoes, quartered

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 TSP CINNAMON
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 TSP GROUND CLOVES
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 TSP NUTMEG
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 TSP INSTANT ESPRESSO POWDER
- 1 1 1 EGG YOLK
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 C MILK
- 1 1 1 TSP VANILLA
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 C CHOPPED ALMONDS, TOASTED
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE, CHOPPED
- TO 325 TO 325 DEGREES. CONVECT BAKE.
- 2X12 30 10 INTO A 2X12 INCH LOG. PLACE AT LEAST THREE INCHES APART ON PARCHMENT LINED BAKING SHEET. BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES IN MIDDLE OF OVEN. COOL ON SHEET APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES
- MAYBE DRIZLE CHOCOLAE OVER TOP.
