Gingerbread Men Cookies

Mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and salt in large bowl
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ginger, Ground
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Combine first 14 ingredients in an electric slow cooker
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups mushrooms, halved (I like crimini)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup frozen small whole onions (or 3/4 cup chopped onion)
- 1 cup celery, sliced, 1/2 inch slices
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika (make sure to use good quality paprika for full flavor!)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground, to taste
- 14 1/4 ounces chicken broth
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water or 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth or 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups frozen green peas or 2 cups frozen edamame soybeans
- 1 cup cubed extra firm tofu (optional)
Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Bites

Preheat oven to 350. 2
- 1 (6.5 ounce) packet Betty Crocker cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 apple chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 Italian sausage links, casings removed and torn into chunks
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 15 slices bacon, cut in half
Shrimp Bread Salad with Golden Garlic Vinaigrette

FOR THE SALAD: Heat the oven to 350 degrees F
- For the Salad:
- 5 About 5 thick slices day-old country-style bread, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 7 cups)
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
- For the Vinaigrette:
- 7 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Spanish or Hungarian sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons aged sherry vinegar (or red-wine vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- For the Shrimp:
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp in the shell or about 42 frozen, cleaned large shrimp, defrosted
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves, cut in a chiffonade

- 1/2 cups (9 ounces) milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
