- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Tbs veg oil,plus 2 tsp
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper,or to taste

Use ice cream maker. Add chocolate chips and food coloring the last two min of mixing
- 2 8 oz containers nondairy whipped topping(or heavy cream for dairy)
- 3 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- a few drops of green food coloring
- 1 9 oz bag quality chocolate chips(not chocolate flavored)
