Crock Pot Au Gratin Potatoes

1. Spray crockpot with cooking spray 2
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch slices & browned
- 6 medium baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 c. Gruyere cheese, freshly grated (or substitute cheddar cheese)
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Pumpkin Dessert, Robert Redford

Like the chocolate, but using pumpkin instead of chocolate
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- nd layer:
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 8 oz. cool whip
- 3 rd layer
- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 3 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 th layer
- remaining cool whip
- heath bar crumbles
Butterflake dinner rolls/dill

Put butter in cake pan and mix in other ingrediants
- 1 pkg. butterflake refrigerator rolls
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. dill seed
- 1/4 tsp. onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
Pumpkin Bread

Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 325* for 25 minutes
- 2 eggs
- 4 oz. pumpkin
- 1/3 cup dry milk
- 1 slice bread
- 1/2 tsp. orange peel
- pumpkin pie spice
- 8 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mashed potatoes, Baked

Cook & mash potatoes. Cream together sour cream and cream cheese and fold into potatoes
- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- garlic salt
Ham Balls, Crockpot

Mix the first four ingredients together and shape into balls; place in slow cooker
- Sauce:
- 2 pounds ground ham
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Pinch salt

- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 cup hot water
Pork chops, parmesan oven baked

- 4 boneless pork chops

- 1 pkg. family size brownies
- 2 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 5 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Red Velvet/ cream cheese cake

1. Prepare the cheesecake layer: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- CHEESECAKE:
- Two (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- RED VELVET CAKE:
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (not Dutch process)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable or canola oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup (two 1-ounce bottles) red food coloring
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted lightly to remove any lumps
- Two (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Lemon bread

Add sifted dry ingrediants and milk alternately
- Glaze:
- 6 Tbsp.
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 large lemon, grind rind
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- Juice on 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar.
