Outback Steakhouse Shrimp on the Barbie

Make "Remoulade Sauce" & chill Mix together seasonings to create a dry rub
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp
- olive oil
- 1 splash white wine
- Dry Rub for Shrimp***
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder, to taste
- dash thyme
- dash cilantro
- Remoulade Sauce***
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 1/4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon minced celery
- 1 teaspoon minced white onion
- 1 teaspoon minced green bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Santa Claus Punch

- 1 pkg. raspberry instant soft drink
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 6 ice cubes
- water called for by raspberry drink mix
- ice cubes

- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt

- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Dressing; In saucepan bring garlic & broth to boil, Cover & simmer 5 minutes
- Dressing:
- 6 gloves garlic- peel & chop
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 5 large potates
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms,
- 1 small onion
- 2 roasted red peppers, diced
Layered Pumpkin Dessert

- 25 gingersnaps, finely crushed (about 1-1/3 cups)

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin

- 1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
