Fondue Italiano

Brown beef, drain. Stir in sauce mix & tomato sauce
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 1-15 oz.can tomato saue
- 12 oz. (3 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarello cheese
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 chianti
- Italian bread, cut into bite size pieces
Fruit Cocktail Salad Recipe

In a bowl, combine the fruit and lemon juice
- Alternate:
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) fruit cocktail in juice
- 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package (1 ounce) instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 2 medium firm bananas, sliced
- 2 small pkg. cooked vanilla pudding
- 2 can pineapple (20z.)
- 2 big cans mandarin oranges
- drained juice from fruit and reserve

Tropical Fruit Fluff

Mix together sour cream, coconut, walnuts, & apricot preserves
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 2 lbs. apricot preserves (cut up any large pieces of apricot)
- Milk
- Grapes, melon, apples, pineapple
Broccoli Rice Casserole with Cheddar

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1/3 sleeve buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup uncooked instant rice (such as Minute®)
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
Salmon Cakes With Dill Sauce (Low Fat)

Cakes: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Dip:
- 1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon, chopped
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c. low cal sour cream
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fineley chopped dill
- Ground pepper to taste.
Chocolate Dessert

Cream butter and powder sugar for crust
- Crust:
- 1 cup butter
- 4 Tbsp. powder sugar
- 2 cups floour
- Filling:
- 1 pkg. chocolate pudding
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- Topping:
- 1 tsp. Knox gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. hot milk
- 1 cup whipped cream or cool whip
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Milk chocolate shavings

- 8 oz.skim mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. Reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 ⁄4 Cup light mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Herbs de Provence seasoning mix

- 1 ⁄4 Teaspoon ground Black pepper
- 1 Pint Grape tomatoes

Broccoli Tuna Chowder

Cook broccoli with 1 can broth
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli or 2-10 oz. pkg.
- 2 cans chicken broth (13 3/4 oz.)
- 2 medium onions,chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tuna

- 1 stick butter
- 1 yellow cake mix.
- 4 eggs
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. powder sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla

- 1 1/2 lb. beef flank steak

- 1 green pepper, cut into strips

- 8 oz. chopped tomatoes
