- 8 ounces cooked elbow macaroni
- One 12-ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick ) of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Two 10-ounce bricks sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (about 5 cups)
- Dash of paprika
No Bake Cocoa Oatmeal cookies

- INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cup(s) Sugar
- 1/2 Cup(s) (1stick) butter or margarine
- 1/2 Cup(s) milk
- 1/3 Cup(s) cocoa
- 2 1/2 Cup(s) Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
- 1/3 Cup(s) Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup(s) chopped unsalted peanuts (optional)
- 2 Teaspoon(s) vanilla
GRITS CASSEROLE

Brown and drain sausage and put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan or medium casserole dish
- 2 lbs. sausage (1 hot and 1 mild Jimmy Dean)
- 1 raw grits, cooked
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick butter
German Chocolate Pie

- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Pineapple Coconut Snowballs Recipe

In a large saucepan over medium heat butter and cheese cubes together, stirring frequently; remove from heat
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 8 ounces pasteurized process cheese, Velveeta, cubed
- 1 1/2 pounds confectioners' sugar, about 5 cups unsifted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
