Sweet Corn Pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 6 ears sweet corn
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Muffuletta Sandwich

Start by making your olive salad in a large bowl
- 1 8-10-inch loaf Italian bread or Muffuletta
- 6 oz. ham, sliced
- 4 oz. provolone, sliced
- 4 oz. mozzarella, sliced
- 2 oz. herb cheese spread
- 1/2 cup green olives, pitted and rough chopped
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and rough chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1 1/2 tablespoon capers, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Lasagna Cupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray 6 serving muffin tin with Pam 2
- One cup of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 18 wonton wrappers
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese , grated
- 3 ounces parmesan cheese , grated
- 4 ounces ricotta cheese
Breakfast Burrito

Heat the canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over a medium-high heat
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/2 small red onion, diced (1 cup)
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 cup drained, rinsed canned black beans, preferably low-sodium
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 eggs and 4 egg whites
- 1/3 cup (about 1 1/2-ounce) shredded pepper Jack cheese
- Cooking spray
- 4 (10-inch) whole-wheat tortillas (burrito-size)
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream

Crock-Pot Steak Sandwiches

If your meat is slightly frozen, it is easier to slice
- 1.5 Pounds Thin Sliced Sirloin Steak
- 1 Medium Onion, Sliced
- 1 10.5 Can Beef Consomme
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
How To Make Shortcrust Pastry

This is the easiest, quickest and probably the most popular of pastries to make than the richer pastries
- 5 g, 1/2 stick butter at fridge temperature, cut into 1 cm cubes.
- 170 g, 1 1/3 cups Plain / All purpose flour (sieved)
- pinch of salt
- 2-4 tablespoons cold water
- 2 tablespoons sugar if making a sweet dish.
Croque-Madame with Roasted Asparagus

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f
- 1 bundle of asparagus, tough ends snapped off
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1 T. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 T. flour
- 1 c. hot milk
- dash of fresh nutmeg
- 8 oz. Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 slices of good quality white bread, crusts trimmed
- Dijon mustard
- 4 slices of Black Forest ham
- 4 eggs, poached or fried
Creamed Chipped Beef

Melt butter in a large pan over medium-high heat
- 1 (5 oz.) jar dried chipped beef
- 3 1/2 cups half-and-half (or milk or cream)
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
Baked Peaches with Honey and Almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 peaches halved, cored, and skinned
- 8 tablespoons skinned almonds
- 8 tablespoons honey
Almond & Peanut Butter Banana Shake

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and add some ice cubes or crushed ice if you like
- 1 banana, preferably frozen
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of plain peanut butter (i.e. unsweetened, unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon of raw cocoa powder
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
