Cream Puff Pie

Put in Crusts, Top with Cool Whip and Drizzle with Chocolate Syrup
- Add:
- 1 C Water
- 1 Stick Margarine
- Bring to Boil.
- 1 C Flour Stir & Bring to a Boil
- Add:
- 4 Eggs Stir in 1 at a Time.
- Grease Pie Pans and put Mixture into each Pie Pan. Bake 400 for 35 Mins. It will be Puffy. Cool.
- Filling:
- 3 3 Oz. Boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 4 C Milk
- Mix ogether & when Thickens
- Add 8 Oz. Cream Cheese.
Wild Rice & Mushroom Soup

Cook rice according to Package
- 1 6 Oz Pkg. Wild Rice (Seasoned)
- 1 C Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Chervil or Summer Savory
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Mustard
- 1/4 C Butter (Melted)
- 1 8 Oz Pkg Mushrooms (Portabella)
- 1/2 C Thinly Chopped Celery
- 1/2 C Flour (All Purpose)
- 6 C Chicken Broth
- 2 C Half & Half
- 2/3 C Cooking Sherry

Preheat Oven 350. Grease 2-9" Round Cake Pans
- 1 Pkg Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1 Pkg Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 C Sour Cream
- 1/3 C Canola Oil
- 1/2 c Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 C Butter (Softened)
- 3/4 c Powdered Sugar
- 17 Mini Peanut Butter Cups Chopped
- (1 C)
- 1 Can Chocolate Frosting
- Additional Candies for Garnish

- 2 C Self-Rising Flour
- 2 C Sugar
- 2 C Milk
- 3-4 C Sliced Peaches
- 2 Sticks Butter
- Cinnamon
Earthquake Cake

Preheat Oven 350 Grease 9x13 Pan Mix Coconut & Peacans, Sprinkle in Bottom of Pan
- 1 C Coconut
- 1/2 C Chopped Pecans
- 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Lb. Box Confection Sugar
- Cool Whip
Amish Cinnamon Rolls

Let Rise to about 3 Times the Size
- Add:
- 2 Pkg Yeast
- Dissolve in 1C WARM Water. Let Stand for 10 Mins.
- 1 1/2 - 2 C of "Amish Doughnut Mix" to Warm Water. Mix Together.
