Make in 9x13 Pan Mix Together the Above Ingredients
- 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
- 8 Oz. Cool Whip
- 3 C Milk
- 1 Lg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanills
- 1 1/2 Lb. Oreo Cookie Crumbs (Coarsely Crushed)
Apple Crisp

Peel, Core And Slice Apples
- 4-6 Granny Smith Apples
- 8 Graham Crackers, Finely Chopped
- 3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour.
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup Butter Or Margarine, Melted.
Strawberry Dessert Fondue

Puree Strawberries in Blender & Place into Sauce Pan
- 2 Pkgs Frozen Strawberries (10 Oz) Sliced & in Syrup, Thawed
- 4 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbls Cold Water
- 1 Tbls Kirsch
- Cream Puffs
- Whipped Cream (Sweetened)
Oyster Crackers

In a Bowl Add Oil & All Dry Ingredients
- 1 Box oyster Crackers
- 3/4 C Oil ( Not Olive Oil)
- 1 Pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Dressing
- 1 tsp Dill Weed
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
Zesty Beef Brisket

About 4 Hrs. before Serving, Place Brisket in Dutch Oven or Pot, Cover with Cold Water
- 4 lb. Brisket
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Med Onion Sliced
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 C Catsup
- 1/4 C Dried Bread Crumbs
Winter Salad

Gently Mix All Salad Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 Bunch Broccoli, Cut In Small Pieces
- 1 Head Cauliflower, Cut In Small Pieces
- 1/4 C Silvered Almonds, Toasted
- 1/2 Lb. Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1/2 Lb Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
- 1 Medium Red Onion, Sliced Thin, Separated In Rings
- 1-1/2 C. Mayonnaise
- 3 T. Vinegar
- 1/3 C. Sugar
Fruit Salad

Make Jello According to Package
- 1 Pkg Cherry Jello
- 1 Can Fruit Cocktail (Drained)
- 3 Bananas
- 1/2 Pkg Mini Marshmellows
- 1 Pkg(Sm) Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Pkg Dream Whip
Cheesecake

Refrigerate for at Least 8 Hrs
- Crust:
- 2 1/2 C Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
- 1/4 lb Melted Butter
- Mix & Press ito Springform Pan
- Next:
- 1 1/2 lb Cream Cheesse
- 1 C Sugar
- Cream Well.
- Add:
- 4 Eggs (1 at a time)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pour into Pan. Bake @ 350 for 40 Mins.
- Mix:
- 3/4 Pint Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Spoon Mixture on Top of Baked Cake. Turn Oven to 475, Bake for 5 Mins. Remove from Oven & Cool on Rack.
- Glaze:
- 1 Pkg (Lg) Frozen Fruit
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- Mix Throughly. Cook till Clear. Pour Glaze over Cooled Cake.
Bisquick Date & Nut Bread

Preheat Oven 350 Mix first 4 Ingredients, Beat Hard for 30 Seconds
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 3 C Bisquick
- 1 1/4 C Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 C Chopped Nuts & Dates
Antipasta Bruchetta

- 1 Can Hearts of Palms (Drained & Chopped)
- 1 Sm Can Black & Green Olives (Sliced)
- 3 Plum Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 1/4 C Celery (Chopped)
- 1/2-3/4 C Olive Oil
- 1/4-1/2 C Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Good Seasons Italian Dressing (Garlic & Herb)
