  • 1 C Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Chervil or Summer Savory
  • 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Mustard
  • 1/4 C Butter (Melted)
  • 1 8 Oz Pkg Mushrooms (Portabella)
  • 1/2 C Thinly Chopped Celery
  • 1/2 C Flour (All Purpose)
  • 6 C Chicken Broth
  • 2 C Half & Half
  • 2/3 C Cooking Sherry

Step 1

Cook rice according to Package.Take Onion & Next 5 Ingredients & Saute in Butter til Onions are Soft. Add Mushrooms & Celery. Reduce Heat- Stir in Flour, Cook 1 Min. Gradualy add Broth, add rice, Sherry and Half & Half.
