Oven-Baked Frito Pie

Cook ground beef until meat is browned, drain
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can (16 oz) chili beans
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 envelope low sodium taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2% fat kind)
- 3 1/2 cups corn chips (Fritos)
- 1 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
Chicken WIngs

Place Oil in bowl and beat in egg
- 6 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cups Cider VInegar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- dash Onion Salt
- dash Garlic Powder
- Dash Nutmeg
- Cayenne or Red Pepper
- Maria's Blue Cheese
- Celery
- Carrots
Baked Mac and Cheese

Melt butter in a medium saucepan and whisk in flour
- 6 Slices Bacon - Fried and Diced
- 3 Tb Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tb Flour
- 2 Cups 2% Milk
- 1 Tb Dried Onion Flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Lb Sharp Chedder Cheese (shredded)
- 1 Cup Colby-Jack Cheese (shredded)
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 8 Slices American Cheese
Chicken Stir-Fry

Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips; place in a resealable plastic bag
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves(Or use pre cut chicken strips)
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil, divided
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1 small onion, cut into wedges
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
- 1 small bag of shrimp
- 1 small bag of pea pods

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles

- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
- 2 (16 ounce) containers whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup beer (such as Sam Adams®)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger whiskey (such as Jack Daniel's®)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Chicken Parmesan Meatballs
