  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 3/4 c shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and discarded, caps thinly sliced (1 c)
  • 1 c broccolini florets or small broccoli florets
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 med cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 lb fresh large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails off
  • 1 t ground Szechuan pepper
  • 1/4 t red pepper flakes
  • 1 2-in knob fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 t low sodium tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 oz cooked soba (buckwheat) noodles, brown rice or brown jasmine rice
  • 2 t black sesame seeds
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
