- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped (about 1 c)
- 1 T finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 t fine sea salt
- 1/4 t allspice
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t finely ground black pepper
- 1/2 t ground coriander
- 1/4 t cayenne
- 2 T EVOO
- 1 lb boneless, butterflied leg of lamb
- 3 large red bell peppers (about 1 lb)

- DIPPING SAUCE:
- 1 c nonfat Greek yogurt
