Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 12 ounces evaporated milk ; (or milk is fine too)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 16 ounces can pumpkin ; (2c)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

- 12 ounce Peanut butter Chips
- 14 ounce Eagle Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts
- 6 ounce Package of Semi Sweet Morse
Classic Green Bean Casserole

- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request®)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Dash ground black pepper
- 4 cups cooked cut green beans
- 1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions
Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli for 2

- 1 lb boneless beef chuck roast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup beef consumme or beef broth
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Frozen broccoli florets (as many as desired I believe I used almost 3 cups)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 4 tbsp of liquid from slow cooker
- Cooked white rice

1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 200 degrees
- 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- Ground ; black pepper
- 8 thin-cut, boneless ; skinless chicken cutlets (about 2 pounds), trimmed of ragged ed
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh sage leaves ; plus 8 large leaves (optional)
- 8 thin slices prosciutto ; cut into 5- to 6-inch-long pieces to match chicken (about 3 oun
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups dry vermouth or white wine
- 2 teaspoons juice from 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter ; cut into 4 pieces and chilled
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves
- Table ; salt

- 3 cups cooked, finely chopped chicken meat
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups sauteed chopped onion
Chicken Piccata

Season cutlets with salt and pepper then dust with flour
- Saute ; in:
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- Deglaze ; with:
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 t. garlic ; minced
- Add:
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. capers ; drained
- Sauteed ; cutlets
- Finish ; with:
- 2 T. unsalted butter
- Fresh ; lemon slices

Cook pasta as package directs; drain
- 6 oz. Penne or other tube pasta
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 can ; (14 1/2 oz.) Del Monte chunky pasta style stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 1 pkg. ; (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
