Makes about 5 half-pint canning jars
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream (make note of expiration date)
- 1 Cup Honey
- 3 Sticks Butter (softened)
- 1 tsp Vanilla

To make the stuffing: Heat a wide, heavy sauté pan over medium heat
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup finely diced Spanish onion
- Kosher salt

- 12 ounces white button mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage, purchased loose or squeezed from casings
- 1/2 pound spinach, well washed in several changes of cold water and spun dry
- 1 boneless turkey breast half, about 3 pounds, with its skin
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup Homemade Breadcrumbs (page 295)
- 2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 large carrot, peeled and finely diced
- 1 large celery stalk, ends trimmed, finely diced
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- Topping:
- 2 pks Crescent Rolls
- 2 8oz Cream Cheese (don't use lite)
- 1 Egg yolk (set aside white)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1 C Chopped Walnuts

Chop onions, celery and carrots very fine
- 3 Large Onions
- 3 Stalks Celery
- 2 Medium Carrots (diced very small)
- 1/2 lb Margarine
- 11/2 C Flour
- 3 Qts Chicken Stock
- 1 pt Half & Half
- 1 Whole Chicken (cooked & diced)
- 16 oz pkg Medium Noodles (cook at directed)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Chicken Salad Croissants

Combine first 10 ingredients
- 2 C diced Chicken or Turkey
- 1/2 C chopped Celery (or Celery Salt)
- 1/2 C chopped Cashews or Walnuts
- 1/2 C Mayo or Salad Dressing
- 1/4 C coarsley chopped Raddishes
- 2 T chopped Green Onions
- 2 T diced pimentos (or Red Pepper)
- 1 T Dill weed
- 1 T Seasoned Salt
- Lettuce Leaves
- 6 Croissants

Mix first 4 ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup in resealable bag, add beef, refrigerate 1 hour
- 1/2 C Water
- 1/3 C reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 C honey
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 3/4 lb beef flank steak cut into thin strips (or chicken)
- 2 t canola oil
- 2 C broccoli
- quartered onion
- peppers (green & red)
- sliced mushrooms
- 1 t cornstarch

- 5 medium Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
- 4 medium Carrots (thinly sliced)
- 1 medium Onion (halved and thinly sliced)
- 1 small Green Pepper (chopped)
- 2 t canning Salt
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/2 C White Vinegar
