- 6 T reduced sodium soy sauce (divided)
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
- 1 T corstarch
- Beef Broth: Mix 1/2 t beef bouillon granules w/ 1/2 C hot water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 t canola oil (divided)
- green pepper
- red pepper
- mushrooms
- green onion
- pea pods
- stir fry noodles (prepare according to pkg)
Mini Cinnamon Bread

Makes 7 mini Breads
- 2 C Sugar
- 4 C Flour
- 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 C Milk
- 2/3 C Vegetable Oil
- TOPPING
- 1 Tbsp & 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2/3 C Sugar
Carrot Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 C Oil
- 1/2 C Applesauce
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 cups grated carrots (10 oz bag Matchstick grated carrots)
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 or 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Blueberry French Toast Casserole

Directions: Whisk together the eggs, milk, half and half, 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla, and salt
- Ingredients:
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup blueberries, washed and drained
- Topping:
- 2 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- powdered sugar

Fresh Apple Cake

Preheat to 350 Spray 9X13 pan Cut apple slices crosswise in half Layer on botton of pan Sprinkle with dry cake mix
- 5-7 apples thinly sliced
- 1 (9 oz) package yellow cake mix
- 2 T sugar & 1 T cinnamon mixed together
- 1 stick real butter, melted
Caesar Salad Dressing

- 1 1/2 C cold fat free milk
- 1 (1oz) pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cartons (8 oz each) frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed
- 1 prepared (16 oz) angel food cake, cubed
- 4 (2.1 oz each) Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
Beef Roast (Slow Cooker)

- 1 C Beef Broth (1 tsp Beef Bouillon mixed with 1 C Boiling water)
