Joel's Spinach Dip

Remove large stems from spinach
- 10 oz. fresh spinach (baby spinach works well)
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 package shredded monterey jack cheese
- Olive oil
- Basil
Michaud Macaroni Salad

This is a "guesstimate" recipe
- 1 1/2 boxes of cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of white granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons of mustard (yellow or spicy or a little of each)
- 1 can of seeded black olives, diced
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- 3 large tomatoes, diced (or cherry or grape tomatoes)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Katie's Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Aunt Rose's Cheese Potatoes

Mix all ingredients together, except milk, and spread in a 13 X 9 pan
- 28 oz. thawed Ore Ida hash browns
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
Calico Beans

- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
- 1 lb. hamburg, browned and drained
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dry or yellow mustard
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 large can kidney bean
- 1 large can baked beans
- 1 large can lima beans, drained
- 1 large can garbanzo beans (chic peas), drained
- 1 large can black beans, drained
Gingerbread Trifle

Cook gingerbread accordingly to package instructions and let cool
- 1 box gingerbread
- 2 packages of butterscotch instant
- pudding
- 2 tubs of cool whip
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 can pumpkin

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 oz. ham
- 3 slices mozzarella cheese
