Southern Avocado Seen-Layer Dip

Ingredients
- 6 avocados
- 3 T lime juice
- salt to taste
- 1 can black beans or baked beans
- 3 c corn (canned or thawed frozen)
- 1 container ranch style vegetable dip
- 1/3 c finely chopped green onions
- 2 tomatoes (seeded & finely chopped)
- 1/2 c shredded cheese
- 1/2 c taco sauce or BBQ sauce
- corn chips or potato chips

Preparation
Step 1
Halve and seed avocados. Scoop out pulp and add to food processor. Add lime juice and cover and process until almost smooth. Season to taste with salt.
In six 1 c clear containers, layer beans, corn vegetable dip and avocado puree. Top with green onions, tomatoes and cheese. Drizzle with sauce.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with chips if desired.
