Bonnie's Stew

Mix ingredients in Dutch Oven
- 2 1/2 lbs. Stew Meat
- 4 Carrots, chopped into large pieces
- 2 Onions, cut into large pieces
- 4 Celery Stalks, cut into large pieces
- 4 Potatoes, cut into large pieces
- 1 can tomatoes
- 4 T. tapioca pudding mix
- 1 1/2 t. sugar
- 1 1/2 t. salt
Chicken Spaghetti

Awesome white-sauce spaghetti sauce
- 3 T. butter
- 3 pounds chicken, chopped
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery leaves
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped fine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 5 T. butter
- 4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced thick
- 3 T. flour
- 1 1/2-2 c. light cream
- 2/3 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1 lb. spaghetti
Sweet Victory Cobbler

Drain the pears and chop, saving 3/4 c
- 1 can (16 oz) pear halves in juice, undrained
- 3 T. sugar
- 2 c. (frozen and thawed OR fresh) blueberries
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/3 c. skim milk
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 T. cornstarch
Thin Crust Chicken, Onion, and Rosemary Pizza

Preheat oven to 400 In a large bowl, combine chicken, onion, parsley, garlic and rosemary
- 2 c. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. crushed dried rosemary leaves
- 2 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Lemon Bars

Preheat oven to 350, line square pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray
- Filling:
- Crust
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 3 T. butter, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 t. lemon zest
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 T. flour
Bonnie's Cumberland Sauce

In small saucepan, combine port and orange peel
- 1 c. ruby port
- 2 1/2 T slivered orange peel
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 c. red currant jelly
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Rachel Ray's Strip Steaks with a Side of Blue Cheese Spaghetti

Put a large pot of water on the stove to bring to a boil for pasta
- 4 slices bacon, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- Salt
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 4 (8-ounce) NY strip steaks
- Ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 turns of the pan
- 5 tablespoons butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup cream or half-and-half, eyeball it
- 8 ounces blue cheese crumbles
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped, a palm full
- 2 cups arugula, a small bunch, cleaned, trimmed and shredded
Rachel Ray's Parmigiano and Herb Chicken Breast Tenders

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Breading:
- Olive oil, for frying
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten with 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan
- 6 sprigs or stems fresh thyme leaves, stripped and chopped, 2 to 3 tablespoons
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped, 3 tablespoons
- 2 handfuls chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Simple Tomato Sauce for Chicken Parmigiano:
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) can chunky style crushed tomatoes
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock
- A handful fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
- Coarse salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked to al dente
Soy and Ginger Marinade (Beef)

Mix above. Marinade beef for 2 hours to overnight
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 6 cloves garlic (grated)
- 1 T. ginger
- 1 t. mustard powder
- 1/2 t. oil
- 1/4 t. hot sauce
- 1/2 c. beer
