Baked Almonds

Whip up egg and water until foamy, then add honey
- 4 cups almonds (or cashews)
- 1 egg white
- 1 TB water
- A squirt of honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TB brown sugar
Cheese Ball

Use hands to mix. Form into a ball and roll the ball in the nuts and parsley
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 glass of Old English cheese
- 1/4 of a big pkg. of velveeta cheese
- parsley flakes
- onions (diced)
- crushed pecans (optional)
- Ritz Crackers to eat with.

Weird Chip Dip

Microwave the first three ingredients for two minutes
- 3 pkg. Cream cheese
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 box lemon jell-o
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
- Serve with chips or crackers
CANDY CORN TREATS

Crispix Mix

- 7 c. Crispix cereal
- 1 c. mixed nuts

- 3 T margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Apple Snack Cake

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla

- 2-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 can ( 5 ounces ) evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2-1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 medium tart apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
