Ingredients

  • 4

    cups almonds (or cashews)

  • 1

    egg white

  • 1

    TB water

  • A squirt of honey

  • ½

    tsp. salt

  • ½

    cup sugar

  • ½

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1

    TB brown sugar

Directions

Whip up egg and water until foamy, then add honey. Fold into the nuts. Add the next four ingredients. Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, at 200 degrees, stirring three or four times.
