Chocolate Covered Easter Eggs

Easy to make homemade chocolate covered Easter eggs
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 scoops peanut butter
- 1 pound chocolate almond bark
Zucchini Bread

Grease two bread pans. Heat oven 325 degrees
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 1/4 sugar
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
Overnight Rolls

Mix dissolved yeast, sugar, eggs, and warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Slushy Punch

Take one to two cups of juice out and store in refrigerator until ready to make punch
- 1 large jug of red Hawaiian punch drink
- 2 litters Sprite
Crockpot Potatoes

Mix soup, milks and seasonings together and alternating this mixture with the potatoes, fill up the Crockpot
- 2 pound bag of hash browns
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can milk, using evaporated milk can
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can onion rings (optional) or French fried onions
Mac and Cheese Bake

Preheat oven on 350 degrees
- Layer:
- 3 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (can use 8 oz)
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella Cheese
- 5 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Holiday Caramel Popcorn Mix

Line baking sheet with wax paper
- 6 c. toffee-coated popcorn and peanuts
- (such as Crunch n Munch)
- 2 c. dry roasted peanuts or mixed nuts
- 1 c. each of the read and green candy melts
- 1 1/2 c. red and green M&Ms
Chocolate Cheesecake

Mix the first three ingredients and put in a 9 x 13 pan
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup or 1 stick oleo (melted)
- 1/2 cup nuts (chopped)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whip cream
- 2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
Christmas Sugar Cookies

Mix in order given–butter, vanilla, and sugar
- 1 c. oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
