Chocolate Covered Easter Eggs

Easy to make homemade chocolate covered Easter eggs. This is a fun project to do with children! Divide the filling into several bowls and use different food colors for different eggs.

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 scoops peanut butter
- 1 pound chocolate almond bark

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, cream margarine or butter until light and fluff. Add vanilla and milk and beat until blended. Add 2 cups of powdered sugar and beat until blended. Divide dough and add food coloring. Work it in and add the rest of the powdered sugar. Form into egg shapes and dip in almond bark.
