- 1/4 to 1/2 cup (2 to 4 ounces) water
- Filling
- 6 cups peeled, sliced peaches (12 to 14 peaches depending on their size, 4 to 5 pounds)
- 1/2 cup (5 ounces) raspberry syrup
- 1/2 cup (3 3/8 ounces) Pie Filling Enhancer*
- 1 to 2 drops lemon oil, optional
- 3/4 to 1 cup (5 1/4 to 7 ounces) sugar (to taste)
