Classic Key Lime Pie - KAF

Creamy, tart-sweet Key lime pie has long been a favorite dessert of restaurant-goers
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 to 1/2 1/4 to 1 7/8 to cup (1 1/4 to 1 7/8 ounces) toasted coconut to the crushed cracker crumbs, if desired.
- Filling
- 1 1 of 1 medium lime, about 1 tablespoon, not packed
- 3 3 3 large egg yolks
- 14-ounce 14-ounce 1/4 can sweetened condensed milk (1 1/4 cups)
- 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup bottled Key lime juice OR freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/8 to 1/4 1/8 to 1/4 1/4 teaspoon lime oil, optional

- 3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup granulated sugar, to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 to 1 1/2 cups heavy or whipping cream
- additional heavy cream, for brushing on scones
- coarse white sparkling sugar, for topping
Grilled Argentine Steaks with Chimichurri Sauce

The chimichurri sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance
- Chimichurri Sauce
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt (see note)

- 2/3 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 6 medium garlic cloves, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 2 tablespoons)
