  • 1 can cranberry sauce (chunky or smooth)
  • 1 package dry vegetarian onion soup mix* instead of using this I used a can of mushroom soup. This was thick and seasoned so it infused flavor into the roast and kept it moist.
  • 16 ounces vegetable broth
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder (optional) I love garlic, fresh garlic lightly sautéed adds tons of flavor as well. Chopped onions are also awesome.
