- 2 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/4 ounce triple sec

- 1 can rotels, drained
- 1 bag bacon pieces
- 1 cup shredded swiss
- 1 cup mayo
- 3 pkg. phyllo pastry cups – thawed
Whole Citrus Margaritas

Put the oranges, lemons, and limes through a juicer
- 4 navel oranges, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 2 lemons, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 2 limes, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 1/4 cup Cointreau
- 1/4 cup Triple Sec
- 1 1/2 cups good quality tequila (recommended: 100 percent agave)
- 10 cups ice
- Fine salt, for the rims of the glasses
- 10 lime wedges
Classic Creme Brulee

- 8 egg yolks
- 1/3 c sugar
- 2 c heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c white sugar (for the caramelized tops)
Strawberries & Cream Cookies

Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 12 ounces strawberries, hulled and cut into 1/4-inch dice (2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- Sanding sugar, for sprinkling
MOM'S RAISED DOUGHNUTS

1. SOAK yeast in 1/2 cup warm (not hot) water - 5 minutes
- 1/2 c water, warm (not hot)
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 3/4 c milk, lukewarm
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 c all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/3 c shortening
- 2 eggs
- GLAZE
- 1 Tbsp water, warm (may need more to thin, but thicker is better)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c confectioners' sugar, sifted
Buffalo Chicken Salad (Pioneer Woman)

- 4 cups salad greens, such as romaine or mixed greens
- Fast Blue Cheese Dressing, recipe follows
- Blue cheese crumbles, for topping
- Celery hearts with leaves intact, for serving
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Salt and pepper

SEX IN A JACUZZI

Optional: One hot jacuzzi!
- 2 parts Vodka
- 1 part Cranberry Juice Cocktail
- 1 part Orange Juice
- 1 part Pineapple Juice filled with Lemon-Lime Soda
- Splash Raspberry Liqueur
- Splash Orange Soda
- Build over ice, stir and pour in a Highball Glass. Enjoy!
Fruit Tapioca - Rote Grütze, Amana Colonies

Heat fruit juice and water, add tapioca and sugar and boil for three minutes

- 1 c canned fruit juice (cherry, plum or currant)
- 1 c water
- 3 T tapioca
- 1/4 c sugar
- Vanilla Sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 c rich milk
- 1 t vanilla
