  • Cream:
  • Mash 4 bananas - add 1/2 tsp. baking soda - set aside
  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 3/4 C. shortening (I use butter)

  • 4 eggs one at a time

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • It will be very thick. Slowly add mashed bananas and mix well.
