Hot and Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in bottom of 13X9X2 inch baking dish or 3 qt
- 3 C. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 14 oz pkg. frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 10 3/4 oz. fiesta nacho cheese soup - doesn't have to
- be fiesta
- 1 10 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (opt)
- 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 C. crushed butter round crackers
Apple Pudding

Grandma Jensen's Famous recipe especially the sauce
- 2 C. sugar
- 1 C. shortening
- 3 eggs
- 4 C. chopped apples
- 1 C. nuts (opt)
- 3 C. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. Baking soda dissolved in about 2 Tbsp. water
- Sauce
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 cube butter
- dash salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Turtle Bars

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine the flour, confectioners' sugar, and butter in the bowl of a food processor
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee-and-chocolate baking pieces (such as Heath or Skor)
Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Add white, peanut butter or regular chocolate chips
- 2 1//4 C. flour
- 2/3 C. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Mix and set aside
- Cream
- 1 C. butter (2 sticks) softened
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 2/3 C brown sugar
- Add
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- Carefully mix in dry ingredients then add 2 C. chips
- Bake at 350 for 9 - 11 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes.

Garlic Cheese Biscuit
