  • 1/2 envelope onion soup mix

  • 1 teas. Oregano
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 teas. Salt, dash of pepper
  • 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Bake in 350 oven for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is done

  • 2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • Wrap water chestnut with 1/2 piece bacon. Secure with toothpick. Place in 12 x 8 baking dish.
  • Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
  • Mix 3/4 mayonnaise, 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar and 1/2 cup chili sauce. Pour over water chestnuts.
