Breads - Cheddar Loaves

In large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water
- 3 tsp. active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 cups warm milk
- 2 Tbls. butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 to 6-1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Thai Peanut Dressing

Mix peanut butter, lime juice, sweet and source sauce, soy sauce and vinegar
- 1 cup (organic) peanut butter
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce (Thai chili sauce)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tbls. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbls. toasted sesame seeds (handful)

- 1-8 oz. pkg. and 1-3 oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cups Hellmans mayo
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Dips - Buffalo Chicken Dip

Heat chicken and hot sauce in skillet until heated through
- 2 – 10 oz. cans chunk chicken (or a couple chicken breasts, cooked & chopped)
- 2 – 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup Red Hot Sauce
- 1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Winter Salad

- Red Onion (sliced very thinly)
- 1-1/2 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 Tbls. Vinegar
- Pour Dressing over vegetables. Top with slivered almonds, 1/4 cup golden raisins, and crumbled bacon.
