Gingerbread Dough Master Recipe

Stir flour, pie spice, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup Brer Rabbit Molasses
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp shortening, softened
- 3 tbsp water, cold

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
- 1 (28-ounce) can whole plum tomatoes with juices, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt, more as needed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, more as needed
- 5 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 6 large eggs
- Chopped cilantro, for serving
- Hot sauce, for serving

Chop the pork fat very finely, dice all the vegetables, crush the garlic
- 100 grams [4 ounces] of pork fat or pancetta
- 1 large onion
- 1 dried chili pepper
- 1 tumbler of olive oil [about 2/3 cup]
- Seasonal vegetables (Swiss chard, cabbage, spinach, peas, broad beans, carrots, potatoes, courgettes [zucchini])
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Slices of bread

- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 onion
- 2 cups green chile (roasted, peeled, seeded, and chopped)
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 4 large potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cups dried beans
- Salt to taste
French Onion Soup

1. Slice the onions in half and peel outer layers and discard the ends
- 5 sweet Onions
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Dry Red Wine
- 1 10 ounce can Beef Consomme
- 3 1/2 cups Beef Stock
- 3 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 sprig fresh Thyme
- 1 sprig fresh Rosemary
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 loaf French Bread
- 8 ounce grated Gruyere Cheese
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper

- 2 cups refried black beans
- 2 cloves garlic-roasted
- 1/2 teaspoon chile powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1-2 medium sweet potatoes (peeled, sliced 1/8 thin using a mandolin)
- 1-2 medium zucchini (sliced 1/8 thin using a mandolin)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 french loafs
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 large onion
- 3-4 ounces soft goat cheese (or queso fresco)
