- SPICED SWEET POTATO ‘FRIES’
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon potato flour
- MAPLE MUSTARD DIP
- 2 tablespoons dijon country mustard
