Preheat grill to medium hight heat
- 1 sheet heavy duty aluminum foil (24x18)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 can chopped green chilies, un drained (41/2 oz.)
- 1 cup Kraft shredded Mexican cheese
- 1/2 cup Taco Bell home Originals Thick N Chunky Salsa
- 1/2 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Potpourri Potatoes

1Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 2 pounds small new red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Popcorn Surprise

- 2 bags microwave popcorn (Orville Reddenbacher Movie Theatre Butter Popcorn)
- 1 package of Almond Bark Coating (It looks like white chocolate bars. It Bark but it is a coating product found in the baking section with the chocolate).
- Big plastic bowl with a lid
- Glass bowl
- Wax paper.
Honey pecan pie

Combine eggs, pecans, corn syrup, sugars, butter, vanilla and salt
- Topping:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- 3 T butter
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 T honey
- 1 1/2 cup pecan halves
Pinwheel Cookies Recipe

In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy
- FILLING:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 package (3 ounces) Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

No-Bake Apple-Butter Pecan Balls

1.Place pecans in a food processor and process until roughly ground
- 2 cups pecan
- 1 cups oat flour
- 1 ⁄4 cup ground flaxseed

California Style Chipped Beef

Prepare Poppy Seed Cups. While cups bake, melt butter in large skillet

- 4 ounces dried beef, shredded

- 12 ounces of cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 50 wan ton wrappers
- 1 cup imitation crab meat (or canned)
- 2 green onions (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 egg (beaten)
