Pork Tenderloin French Dips

Heat the oven on the highest setting to get it hot fast
- 14-16 oz pork tenderloin
- EVOO for drizzling
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 32 oz chicken stock
- 1 small orange, zested and sliced
- 1 carrot, coarsely chopped
- 2 large shallots coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- drizzle of honey
- few peppercorns
- few sprigs thyme, finely chopped
- 2 small sprigs rosemary, finely chopped
- small handful flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 baguette loaf, cut crosswise into 4 pieces or 4 hoagie rolls split
Overnight Pull-Apart Cinnamon Loaf

In a small saucepan heat the milk until just warm (105 degrees F to 115 degrees F)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- QUICK GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - 2 tablespoons milk
Roasted Garlic Paleo Pesto

ROASTED GARLIC Preheat oven to 375 F
- 1 cup Packed Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Garlic Bulb
- 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
- 1 Lemon {juiced}
- 1/4 cup EVOO {extra virgin olive oil}
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- Cracked Pepper to Taste
Strawberry Crumb Pie

In the bowl of a food processor combine butter and cream cheese and process until smooth
- Pie Crust:
- 1 stick butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- Pinch salt
- For the crumb topping:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled slightly
- For the filling:
- 6 cups (2 pounds) quartered strawberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon grated orange zest
Broccoli Slaw

Mix slaw, chopped onions, noodles only from Ramen noodles (crush them with your hands), almonds and sunflower seeds...
- 1 (12 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix
- 2 bunches green onion tops, chopped
- 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles
- 1 cup slivered almond
- 1 cup sunflower seed
- 1 cup oil (I used olive)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
Tiki Cocktail Cake

- Cooking spray
- 1 18.25-ounce box chocolate cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Crispy Ranch Chicken

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 envelope (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix

Chili Pesto

- 1 cup fresh serrano peppers (10)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (not oil-packed)
- 2 cups lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Grilled Chicken with Tomato Chimichurri Sauce

Spray grill rack with nonstick spray
- 1 1/2 cups lightly packed flat leaf parsley leaves
- 6 anchory fille, drained and patted dry with paper towels
- 3 tablespoons capers, drained
- 3 tablespoons lime juiceed
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 4 (5 ounce) skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
Grilled Teriyaki-Glazed Salmon

1. In a small saucepan, bring the soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, ginger and garlic to a boil over high heat
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons mirin (sweet japanese rice wine) or dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 skin-on, boneless salmon fillets (6 oz. each), at room temperature
- Vegetable oil, for brushing
- Pepper
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
