- 1/2 cup unrefined (fragrant) coconut oil, warmed until just melted

- Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil $
- 2 cups vertically sliced Oso Sweet or other sweet onion
- 1 (12-ounce) prebaked pizza crust (such as Mama Mary's)
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded provolone cheese $
- 1 medium pear, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces prosciutto, cut into thin strips $
- Dash of freshly ground black pepper $
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted $
- 1 1/2 cups baby arugula leaves
- 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
Asian Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 TBS soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tbsp ginger (fresh grated)
- 1 tsp garlic (fresh minced)

- 1 tbsp scallion (chopped green onions)

- 1/2 cup room temperature unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (the unhealthy stuff, not the natural)
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- a pinch of salt
- 16 "snack sized" Butterfinger candy bars, roughly chopped

- DRY INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 4 teaspons dry milk powder
- 1/4 teaspon baking powder
- 1 teaspon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspon salt
- WET INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (it called for dark, but all I had was light)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons grated orange zest (the orange flavor is a little overpowering, I'd probably reduce this to 1 tablespoon or maybe even 2 teaspoons)
- GLAZE:
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 3 tablespoons butter (very soft or slightly melted - I put this whole mixture on top of the fridge while I did the rest and it worked really well)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons water
