Oatmeal Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350 2
- 2 sticks margerine
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 C oats
- 1 C raisins
Angel Hair Pasta

Cook Pasta Sautee all other ingredients in olive oil The, add sauteed ingredients to pasta before serving
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1/4 C scallions
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 box angel hair pasta
- 1/4 C olive oil
Quinoa Salad (Kashi)

1. Cook quinoa as per directions on box
- quinoa
- honey
- nuts (optional)
- craisins
- red onion or scallion
- pepper, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Apricot Noodle Kugel

Mix all together. Place in 9x13 pan
- Topping:
- noodles
- 1/2 stick melted margerine
- 3 eggs -beaten
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C soy milk
- 1 C apricot nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 C cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 stick margerine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sugar
Cauliflower Garlic Parmesan

1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease a baking sheet or use parchment paper
- Garlic Dressing:
- 24 oz frozen cauliflower
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1 1/2 TB grated parm cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Salmon Steaks

Marinate 20 minutes. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
- 6 salmon steaks
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 4 TB melted margerine
- 3 TB soy sauce
- 2 TB lemon juice
- 2 TB white wine
Popcorn Cauliflower

Bake until roasted
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp papirika
- 1/2 tsp cummin
- 6-8 TB olive oil
Snickerdoodles

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup softened margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Coating: 2 tablespoons white sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Wild Rice Salad

Cook rice as per directions
- Dressing:
- 1 C Wild Rice Lunberg Wild Rice
- 1/2 C craisins
- 1/2 C scallions
- 1/2 C totasted almonds
- 1/4 C currants
- Diced mango or andarin oranges
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 6 TB o.j. concentrate
- 1 tsp salt
Vegetable/Cheese Quiche

Blend in blender until very smooth
- deep dish pie shell
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/3 C milk
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz grated cheese
- 8 oz mixed vegetables
