- 22 oz semi-sweet parve choc bar
- choc chip cookie dough (fills 2 pie crusts)
Turkey Roast

1. Pre-heat oven to 450 2
- 3-4 lbs turkey roast. boneless, tied in a roll
- 1 C dark brown sugar
- 1 C ketchup
- 3/4 C water
- 1/4 C oil
- 3 Tb balsamic vinegar
- 2 TB soy sauce
- 1 small onion, sliced
Banana Nut Cake (non Geb)

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 C bananas, mashed
- 3/4 C potato starch
- 1 C walnuts, chopped(optional)

- 3 1/2 ounce lemon pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 C oil
- 4 C confec sugar
- 1/3 C fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon zested
- 3 TB veg oil
- 3 TB oil
Almond Cookies (non Geb) (Pesach)

Easy gluten free almond cookies
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cups oil
- 2 cups potato starch
- 1 (7-ounce) package ground almonds
No Fail Apricot Bars

- 1 C Margerine
- 1 C sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 C flour
- (3/4C Nuts)
- 10 oz strawberry jam
Carrot Muffins

Mix all together. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes (until dry to the teach)
- 1 stage 3 baby carrot food
- 1 egg
- 1 C flour
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 2 C sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 C magerine
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- jam
- 1/2 C conf sugar
Potato Leek Soup (Becky)

1. sautee leeks and onion until soft
- 2 TB oil
- 2 large leeks, white part only, diced
- 2 large onions
- 8-12 med potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 TB parsley
- 1 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 C parve stock
Cranberry Crisp

Combine group 1 and place in baking dish
- Group 1:
- 1 C berry (whole) cranberry
- 2-3 apples chopped
- 2 TB flour
- 1/4 C sugar
- Topping:
- 3/4 C instant oatmeal
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C melted margerine
