    C craisins

  • ½

    C scallions

  • ½

    C totasted almonds

  • ¼

    C currants

  • Diced mango or andarin oranges

  • Dressing:

  • ¼

    C olive oil

  • 6

    cloves garlic

  • 6

    TB o.j. concentrate

  • 1

    tsp salt

Directions

Cook rice as per directions. Add in other ingredients after rice is cooked. Dress a few hours before serving.
