  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups pumpkin cubes
  • 4 pc pitted dates
  • 1 spoon of sprouted buckwheat
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • + 1 more apple, 1 more banana
  • Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Put into nice cups and garnish with chopped apple and banana, cacao nibs.
