Ingredients

• 1 1/2 Cups flour
• 1/3 Cup Cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 Cup sugar1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 C cold water or coffee
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 TBS vinegar

Mix dry ingredients, mix wet, add together in bowl, when smooth add vinegar and cook 25-30 mins
