  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 pkgs (5 oz each) fresh spinach, stems removed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • This was just enough spinach, maybe double it next time.
