Make the Salad Dressing by add the first 6 ingredients to a blender

  • Sweet Italian Salad Dressing:
  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
  • 2-3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • Salad:
  • 4 c ditalini pasta, cooked al dente in salted water, completely cooled
  • 3 c iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 3 c Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 c red cabbage, chopped
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 c green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 c chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 c bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (I used Feta instead)
