- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 cups Post Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted cereal
Holiday Roast With Gravy

- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or almond extract

- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken thighs (1 - 1-1/4 lbs), trimmed
- 2 Tbsp sherry vinegar
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs, such as dill, thyme and/or parsley
- 1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped shallot
