- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)
- 2 (12-oz.) packages frozen cod fillets, thawed according to package directions

- 24 oz frozen shredded potatoes
- 2 c shredded cheese
- 2 c cooked ham
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- milk (2 soup cans full)

- chopped green pepper
- sliced mushrooms
Cheesy Hash Browns

- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 Tbsp dehydrated onion
- 1-1/2 stick melted butter - divided
- 1-1/2 c crushed potato chips
Sugared Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon

- 12 oz small potatoes, peeled and quartered (about 2 cups)
- 4 medium carrots, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup
- 1/2 c water
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix

- 1 Tbsp Morton's Nature's Seasonings blend
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano, crushed
- 1 Tbsp dried basil or parsley, crushed
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
Sublime Lime Beef

In a small bowl, mix lime juice, sugar and garlic until blended; set aside
- 1/3 c lime juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 beef top sirloin steak (1 inch thick and 1 lb.)
- 1-1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp unsalted dry roasted peanuts, chopped
- 3 c hot cooked brown rice

- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 (1 oz) package dry ranch dressing seasoning mix
- 1 (32 oz) package low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles, uncooked
- 3 c cooked chicken, chopped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c half-and-half
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
