- 3/4 c crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 c crushed potato chips
- 3/4 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
- 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 major pinch cayenne pepper
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon

- 1-1/2 c granulated sugar
- 2/3 c evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 c (4 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1-1/2 c (9 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 6 ounces goat cheese, broken into chunks
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- I used the whole 1 lb box of pasta and 10 oz goat cheese

- 1 (3.5-ounce) bag SUCCESS Brown Rice, uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 pounds butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage (optional)
Rigatoni with Creamy Pepper Sauce

- 4 sweet red and yellow peppers, halved, cored and seeded
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2/3 c heavy cream

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb rigatoni
- 1/3 lb small marinated bocconcini
- 1/2 c basil leaves, thinly sliced

- 1 c sugar
- 1 c white syrup (Karo)
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 6 c Special K or Rice Crispies cereal
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 3 oz butterscotch chips
