Smoothie - Strawberry-Mango

In a blender, combine strawberries, pineapple, mango, and pineapple juice
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved and chilled
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 3/4 cup chopped bottled or fresh mango
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Fresh strawberries or mango chunks (optional)
Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Heat oven to 450 degrees F
- 1 medium head cauliflower (about 2-1/4 pounds), trimmed and cut into florets
- 3 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tbsp. ground ginger
- 4 tbsp. granulated sugar

- Ground black pepper (to taste)
- Granulated garlic (to taste)

- 6 chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 2 cups yellow onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups carrots, diced and blanched for 2 minutes
- 2 cups Russet potatoes, diced
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas (2 cups)
- 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
