  • 1 C (10 oz) thawed frozen sweet raspberries
  • Syrup from above, plus water to equal 2-1/2 C
  • 2 3-oz packages raspberry gelatin

  • 1 Tbsp grated orange zest
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 C undiluted evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 C cold water
  • 1/2 C chopped walnuts (optional) (but, as usual, I don't bother with the nuts)
